Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again, but we do not issue partial refunds for the current cycle. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders typically ship within two to three business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
