We want you to feel confident trying off script. That is why we offer a straightforward 90-day money-back guarantee.

90-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the delivery date. This applies to your first order only, whether that is a single bottle, your first subscription shipment, or a six-month kit. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at kitchensinksender@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return (optional but appreciated, it helps us improve). We will respond within two business days with a return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping

Don't ship the bottle back. Keep it. Use it on your beard, give it to a friend, or pour it down the sink. We don't want it back, we want you to feel like you took a real shot.

Refund Processing

Once we approve your refund, we process it to your original payment method within five to seven business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Subscriptions

If you are on a subscription plan and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time by emailing kitchensinksender@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior shipments beyond your first order (which is covered by the 90-day guarantee). If you wish to return a subsequent subscription shipment, please contact us within 14 days of its delivery date and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusions

The 90-day guarantee does not apply to orders placed using promotional codes offering free or heavily discounted product, to bulk or wholesale orders, or to repeat refund requests from the same customer after a first refund has already been issued. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, email us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice. This is separate from the 90-day guarantee and has no time limit beyond reason.
